Original Painting Commissions for Corporations & Individuals. 

Kelly Telfer is available to create an original, custom painting for you. Do you have a favorite car that has a special place in your heart? Commission an original painting as a gift for someone else, or yourself!

1)  Let’s discuss what you want, and send me pictures

Please contact me to discuss your thoughts for the painting; any special poses, colors or other suggestions you have.

After we discuss your painting, please email or send me reference pictures (the more the better!) of what you would like an original painting of - photos that capture that certain angle of your car that you prefer. I will contact you when I receive them and we'll finalize any creative aspects of your project.

2)  Price and Deposit

The complexity and size of a commissioned painting will determine the price of the painting. I will provide you with a final price. Freight and packaging costs are additional. A 50% deposit is required to start your commission. Turnaround time for the completed painting varies - let’s discuss. Order early for Christmas gifts!

3)  Initial artist sketch

I will provide you with an initial sketch so that you can see the composition.  After receiving your feedback and approval, I will start the painting.

4)  Review

Once the painting is complete, or at a stage where it's ready for your review, I will email you a digital photo for your input.  You will have the opportunity to suggest revisions or changes.

5)  Completed Painting

I will complete the painting and send you a final digital photo. Upon receiving your approval and final payment (which includes the additional charge for the shipping & handling fee), your painting will be professionally packed, insured and shipped. I will contact you with the shipping tracking number and the estimated date of arrival. Of course, if you prefer to pick up the finished painting at my studio, we can make those arraignments as well.
