Shipping Policies & Information:
1. Art Print Packaging:
- For smaller prints: The art print is placed in a transparent plastic sleeve, with an acid-free backing board (prevents discoloration, damage and provides support). Then we ship in a sturdy, flat mailer (cardboard) to prevent bending during transit.
- For larger prints or prints that need more protection: We ship in a mailing tube made of thick cardboard.
- Original artwork on canvas up to 36” x 48” x 2” is carefully wrapped in art packaging waxed paper, then bubble-wrapped before it’s placed in a sturdy cardboard shipping box.
- All original paintings that are 48” x 60” or larger are removed from the stretcher bars, the canvas is rolled separately (properly packaged and protected) in art waxed paper, then bubble wrap before it’s placed in a sturdy cardboard shipping box. The stretcher bars are packaged and shipped separately. Upon receipt of your painting, you will need to arrange and pay for a local frame/art shop to re-stretch your canvas painting. The cost of having this done by a professional in your area may be $150-$300. Many galleries and art supply shops, like Jerry's Artarama. will re-stretch the canvas on the frame for a fee. You may choose to stretch the canvas yourself if you have the knowledge and ability to do so (but believe me, it’s better to pay a pro!).

- Order Processing: It normally takes 2-4 business days to process orders before shipping (if we are at an art show it can take up to 7 business days).
